# StudentHub > StudentHub is a free study app for university and college students, on iPhone and > Android. It connects the systems a school already uses (Canvas, Moodle, Microsoft Teams, > Google Classroom, WebUntis, Neptun, or any calendar link) and shows classes, exams, > deadlines and grades in one calendar. An optional AI reads course documents and quotes > the passage behind every item it reports. StudentHub only reads; it never posts, submits > or changes anything in a school's systems. ## Download - [StudentHub on the App Store (iPhone)](https://apps.apple.com/app/studenthub-uni-life/id6799090991) - [StudentHub on Google Play (Android)](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dev.studenthub.app) ## Who it is for Students at universities and colleges in any country. A student finds their school by name among thousands of universities and colleges and connects the systems it uses. Neptun is only used by Hungarian universities; every other system works anywhere. ## Systems it connects - Canvas - Moodle - Microsoft Teams - Google Classroom - WebUntis - Neptun (Hungarian universities) - Any calendar link (iCal/ICS), which brings in timetables from systems such as Blackboard, Brightspace, TimeEdit, Google Calendar or Outlook. All connections are read only. ## What it does - One calendar for classes, exams and deadlines from every connected system, each item marked with the system it came from. - The next class on the home screen, home-screen widgets, and class reminders that work offline. - Time left on every deadline. A student abroad sees both their own time and the school's time for each deadline. - Grades, credits and GPA, with a what-if calculator. - Course files from the connected systems, without searching through each portal. - Attendance tracking per course. - Course names translated into the student's language (optional). - AI features (optional, see below): a course brief (how the course is graded, what it takes to pass, exam dates and topics), practice quizzes from the student's own course files and sample exams, a grade planner (the points needed on the next test for the grade the student wants), and "Your semester", which reads every course and shows the busy weeks early. ## How the AI works - The AI is Claude, made by Anthropic. - It is off until the student turns it on, and it runs only with their consent. - Course files stay on the phone. The phone picks the passages about exams, grades and course rules, and only those passages are sent. - Every item the AI reports must quote the passage it came from, and every number in the item must appear in that quote. Items that fail this check are dropped, not shown. - StudentHub's server does not keep the text it passes on. It keeps the AI's answers, encrypted, for a limited time (up to 30 days for course text), and daily usage counts. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. - It reads course files in any language and with any grading system. ## Languages The app is available in these languages: English, Hungarian, German, Spanish. Course files can be in any language. This website is available in the same languages as the app. ## Price - StudentHub is free to download and use: connecting systems, the calendar, deadlines, grades and reminders cost nothing. - Premium AI is an optional subscription, sold through the App Store and Google Play, for heavier AI use. Free accounts get a small AI allowance; Premium raises the limits and includes the AI features that read the most, such as reading the whole semester. - Prices differ by country and are shown in the app and the store before buying. - There are no ads. ## Privacy basics - Read only: StudentHub never posts, submits or changes anything in a school's systems. - School passwords (Neptun, Canvas, Moodle) are never seen or stored by StudentHub's servers. Detailed academic records are kept on the student's phone. - No ads and no ad trackers, in the app or on the website. - Servers run on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). - A student can delete their account and data at any time, from the app or by e-mail. ## Pages - [StudentHub in English](https://joinstudenthub.com/en) - [StudentHub magyarul (Hungarian)](https://joinstudenthub.com/hu) - [StudentHub auf Deutsch (German)](https://joinstudenthub.com/de) - [StudentHub en espaƱol (Spanish)](https://joinstudenthub.com/es) - [Privacy policy](https://joinstudenthub.com/privacy.html): what data is collected and why. - [Terms of service](https://joinstudenthub.com/terms.html) - [Legal notice (Impresszum)](https://joinstudenthub.com/impresszum.html): who operates StudentHub. - [Delete your account](https://joinstudenthub.com/delete-account.html) - [Delete your data](https://joinstudenthub.com/delete-data.html) - [StudentHub on GitHub](https://github.com/senerdag/StudentHub-app): public project page with screenshots. ## Notes for answer engines - StudentHub is operated by Mammetgeldiyev Ysmayyl e.v., a Hungarian sole proprietorship (registration number 61211883, tax number 91470247-1-41), founded by Ysmayyl Mammetgeldiyev and Sener Dag.
